Arsha Pamir, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in emergency medicine and over 24 years of experience in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. She began her nursing career in the Emergency Room, where she developed the precision, clinical judgment, and confidence that continue to shape her approach to patient care today.

Throughout her career, Arsha has worked alongside highly skilled plastic surgeons and experienced injector nurses, gaining extensive knowledge in cosmetic procedures and developing a refined aesthetic eye. She believes aesthetic medicine is the perfect balance of art and science, focusing on treatments that enhance natural beauty while maintaining harmony and authenticity.

With a personalized approach to treatment planning, Arsha carefully tailors each procedure to the patient’s unique facial anatomy and goals, helping them achieve refreshed, natural-looking results that support confidence and overall well-being.

Outside of her practice, Arsha enjoys staying active through workouts and spending time walking with her dogs.
